A minimum of 24 hours is required to reschedule or cancel. You will be charged the full session fee for missed appointments or late cancellations. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
All individual sessions are 90 minutes and include a guided meditation recording.

Before your session: Avoid caffeine immediately before your session, and consider avoiding substances like alcohol and non-prescription drugs for 24 hours before and after your session.
Arrive on time. Allow extra time in your schedule before and after session to enter into and exit out of the healing space, including added rest and sleep following the session as needed.
Wear comfortable clothing so that your body can relax and settle into the session easily.
For virtual sessions, prepare your home space and technology ahead of time so that you are ready when the session begins. Have an extra pillow and blanket near by.
After your session: Commit to listening to your guided meditation and engaging in your recommended action steps

During your initial session we will discuss your health and wellness concerns, your history, and your reasons for seeking hypnotherapy services. I will assess your history, your needs, and your goals to develop a plan for guided healing. You will then be led into a hypnotic induction for deep relaxation and resourcing, and if time allows, initial theraputic exploration of your targeted issue. Follow-up sessions will be used to directly address your targeted issue.

During follow-up sessions, you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state, connect to your inner healing resources, and will be guided to explore your target issue using a variety of hypnotherapeutic techniques including emotional processing, energy release, and inner child work. You will generate new action steps and are encouraged to practice them between sessions.
